Tender No. 01/CQTC LAB (NDP)/2024-25/NIE

1. National Institute of Electronics Islamabad (NIE), an autonomous Research & Development (R&D) Organization in Electronics, working under the administrative control of Ministry of Science and Technology Islamabad, invites sealed proposals from the original authorized distributors/ suppliers/ contractors etc. registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and E-PADS (PPRA) for the Supply of Proficiency Test, IEC/ISO Standard, Misc. Component, Parts and Accessories for CQTC-EP Lab out of Non-Development fund under proposal “Quality Assurance and Inter-Laboratory”
   
   
2. Proposals documents containing detailed terms and condition, method of procurement, procedure for submission of proposals/bids, bids security, bid validity, opening of bids, evaluation criteria, clarification/ rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at (www.eprocure.gov.pk ). The cost of tender document is Rs. 1,000/- (Non-Refundable) which must be accompanied with Technical Proposal in shape of bank draft/ pay order in favour of the Director General NIE. Bidding documents are also available at NIE’s website (www.nie.gov.pk ) and can be downloaded free of cost for reference and to ensure participation eligibility criterion only.
3. The proposals must be submitted by using EPADS on or before June 20, 2025 at 11:00 A.M with submission of manual proposals (Technical/ Financial) at National Institute of Electronics, Plot No. 17, Sector H-9, Islamabad. Bids will be opened at E-PADS at the same date at 11:30 A.M with manual copy at NIE.
